The 14th edition of Circulation(s ), the festival of young European photography, will take place from April 06 to June 02, 2024 at CENTQUATRE-PARIS, and will be extended by a series of tours and off-site events in France and Europe.

Each year, the festival brings together professionals and the general public around a multi-faceted, adventurous and innovative program that questions the boundaries between photography and contemporary art.

The 2024 edition will feature the work of 24 artists of 14 different nationalities, including 2 young graduates of the Bachelor Photographe et Vidéaste (class 2023): Luca De Jesus Marques and Tom Kleinberg.

"Forgotten in the dark

With "Forgotten in the dark", Tom Kleinberg explores the world of Ballroom in Seoul and Paris. He brings to the forefront communities marginalized because of their gender, beliefs or practices.

His project is complemented by a documentary that shows how porous the boundaries between photography and video are today.

"Tom Kleinberg and Luca De Jesus Marques were chosen for their modernity, and the way in which they embody the intellectual and plastic questioning that inhabits new generations of photographers".
