Since 2018, WeBuildChange has been selecting and supporting talents from the film and audiovisual sector whose backgrounds demonstrate a singular and inspiring trajectory, with a particular focus on gender parity and diversity, in order to help them develop their careers.

The aim of the program, supported by the CNC, is to open up the film and audiovisual sector to new profiles and "shake things up".

To take part, you need at least five years' experience in film production and/or distribution.

Luce Grosjean, who graduated from the Licence professionnelle Gestion de la Production Audiovisuelle program in 2010, was a member of the program's class of 2023 .

Applications are open until Saturday April 12.
