Screening of short films by Jérémie Périn at Studio des Ursulines
Le Studio des Ursulines cinema is organizing a special evening dedicated to Jérémie Périn, a graduate of the 2000 Animation Drawing program, and director of films such as "Lastman " and "Mars Express", on Monday December 9 at 8:45pm.
Scheduled as part of the Pratique Communes seminar organized by ENS Ulm students in partnership with the magazine Contre-plongée ciné, this screening will provide an opportunity to discover various projects never before seen in cinemas (pilots, mini-series, clips...):
- The pilot for the feature-length film "Chez Suzy" (2004, 1'23'')
- The video clip for Thomas Fersen's "Hyacinthe", directed by Joann Sfar and on which Jérémie worked as animator ( 2005, 3'51'')
- The pilot for the "SPUF" series (2006, 4'30), for which Riad Sattouf (animator, class of 2000) lent his voice.
- The pilot for the series "Pipit Farlouse", (2006, 3'45'', adapted from the comic strip by Riad Sattouf.
- The credits for the series "Nini Patalo" (2011, 0'28'')
- The clip for "Hi Life" by Syd Matters (2010, 3'48'')
- 4 episodes of the "Merci Satan" series (2012): "Anal Bob" (1'14''), "Detective God" (1'50''), "Mystery Boy" (1'23'') and "Paul Brewster" (1'48'')
- The clip for "Fantasy" by Dye (2011, 3'35'')
Jérémie Périn, will be present at the event and will talk about his beginnings as an animation filmmaker, his collaborations and the evolution of his style.
