Call for entries - Prix Emergences

Organized by Scam, in partnership with CentQuatre-Paris and the EDIS endowment fund for digital art, and with the support of ANdÉA, the Prix Émergences rewards innovative, non-fiction linear digital works produced as part of a graduating year. 

The prize selects a linear, non-fiction, experimental documentary film produced in the current academic year or in the two preceding years (documentary, performative visual installation, webcreation, networked or nomadic generative work, immersive device, serious game...). 

The Prix Émergences also offers a residency for a digital, documentary or experimental, linear or non-linear non-fiction project, conceptualized as soon as it is entered for the Prize. 

The winning project will receive an endowment of €6,000 to enable production of its project during a residency at CentQuatre-Paris, and a screening or exhibition at Grenier à sel in Avignon. 

The winner must commit to finding an independent production company to produce his or her work during the residency.

Entries are open from Monday September 23 to Sunday October 13, 2024.
