Apply to CITIA's Animation Support Fund

Set up by the Haute-Savoie department, with the support of the CNC, and managed by CITIA, the Fonds de soutien aux œuvres d'animation is designed to encourage the development of local projects.

The €700,000 fund is open to animated series, shorts and features. A new development grant has also been created this year.

The Support Fund is intended for delegated producers of audiovisual and cinematographic works (series, shorts and features). To be eligible, their productions must be wholly or partly based in Haute-Savoie (human and/or technical resources).

Production support is available for film and audiovisual projects of any length, broadcast in cinema, television or online (short film, feature film, series, TV unit). These projects must have obtained partial financing (between 0 and 50%, including producer contributions) and have receivedfinancial approval from a broadcaster or distributor.

Development support is open to feature-length films, series and TV unit projects between the writing and production phases. The aim is to help project leaders create the technical documents they need to attract financial partners, notably broadcasters.

The application deadline for the first session is Friday November 8, 2024. A second session will take place in 2025, from Monday March 17 to Friday April 25.
