Why a dedicated members' directory ?
The directory accessible to all Gobelins alumni
Gobelins alumni are everywhere! The strength and wealth of the network is you.
For the use of this tool to be optimal, it is essential to update your data.
With the directory you can:
- Search for contacts among all the programs and classes of the Gobelins community
- To visually find the members and materialize the extent of the network thanks to the map and the geolocation of the members
- Join alumni groups by field or by city to organize dedicated events or share information
We are committed to respecting the privacy of every user, so you can restrict access to certain parts of your profile from your member area.
How can I access my space ?
If this is your first connection, enter your first and last name and your year of promotion to access the registration form and receive your login and a link allowing you to define a new password. Access is usually sent within 48 hours.
Once logged in, click on the small square icon next to your name to access your personal space.
The menu on the right of your space allows you to:
1. Introduce yourself and fill in your personal information (contact details, hobbies, diplomas, social networks, etc.) and professional information (experience, CV, etc.) in the "Information" section. With one click, you can also upload some information from your LinkedIn profile directly to your space (photo, experience, skills...).
2. Access to sharing spaces with other members (integration of groups, adding friends, sending collective emails, photo library...) by clicking on the "Networks" section.
3. Receive information from the network and/or restrict access to certain information in your profile by going to the "Privacy and Subscription Settings" tool
How to find a member ?
To find a member, go to the map to search by name or do an advanced search by filtering results by company, position, industry, city, country, class, training....
How to join a group ?
You can join groups from your personal space or via the "Directory" menu on the home page.
Currently, only groups by field of study are proposed, in a second phase we will propose you to gather by city according to the location of the different alumni communities.
The groups allow you to find news and events related to your field or your city. You also have the possibility to exchange directly with other registered members and to organize your own meetings (after-work, co-working...).
