Art Explora x Cité internationale des arts
The Cité internationale des arts has joined forces with the Art Explora foundation to offer a unique residency program for artists and researchers from all over the world.
Candidates are invited to explore new technologies, the links between art and science, and environmental and social issues.
Two formats are offered: a SOLO program for artists only, with two sessions lasting 3 to 6 months, and a collective program, open to groups of artists, researchers and curators for a 3-month residency.
Participants receive a living allowance of 1,000 euros per month and a production grant of up to 3,000 euros. Travel and accommodation are also covered.
For the collective program, only the artist can be housed in the studio and benefit from the living allowance. The workspace may be shared with the researcher. The production grant will be paid to the artist and dedicated to the production of the project.
To participate, artists must be able to prove at least five years' professional activity.
Applications are open until Friday, November 8.
