The ELIXR association launches a survey on the legal practices and remuneration of digital creators

Created by independent digital experience creators, the ELIXR association aims to unite XR professionals, while defending their rights in this fast-changing sector. The association supports its members in their endeavors through self-help spaces (reviewing files, exchanging practices, sharing administrative resources...).

In this context, the association is conducting a surveyof legal practices, remuneration of digital creators, and their relations with industry players.

The aim of this work is to :

• Better understand the legal and financial challenges facing digital creators.
• Highlight inequalities and precariousness in the sector.
• Create concrete tools, such as a best practice guide for negotiating contracts and a tool for calculating remuneration and royalties.

The results of the survey will be presented on Friday February 7, 2025 at the Forum des Images.
