Call for applications to the Regional Fund for Emerging Talent (FoRTE)

Since 2017, the Fonds régional pour les talents émergents has supported more than 40 young creators or young artistic teams, (French or international) by giving them the financial and material means to create a first work in Ile-de-France.

The fund covers all artistic disciplines (visual arts, music, cinema, performing arts, etc.), and is aimed at both artists (aged 18 to 30) and the organizations wishing to support them:

• Artists can benefit froma grant of up to €2,500 per month for a maximum of 10 months.
• Accompanying cultural and artistic structures and professional integration establishments can be awarded grants of up to €50,000 to pay creators (again for a maximum of 10 months).

To apply :

• As an artist: you must be aged between 18 and 30, have graduated from an art school or have completed a qualifying course in an artistic discipline, and live in Ile-de-France. You must also be co-applying with an organization.
• As a structure: the accompanying structure must work in the artistic or cultural field, and be based and active in the Ile-de-France region. The structure must also have been in existence for 2 years and be independent of the artist(s) presented.

Applications may be submitted either by the supporting structure or by the supported artist.

The call for applications is open until midday on December 15.
