The Villa Valmont extends its call for applications for its feature-length animated film writing residency

Villa Valmont 's call for applications for the "Feature-length animated film writing residency" has been extended to Tuesday, December 10 at noon.

The residency is open to writers and directors with a feature-length project and at least one film (short or feature-length) already made.

Projects must include a period of research and creation. Applicants may be accompanied by a collaborator for a maximum period of 15 days.

The residency will take place between April 18 and May 18, 2025, and will last from 1 week to 1 month. The grant amounts to €500 gross per week. Travel and accommodation costs are covered.

For 3- to 4-week residencies, winners must devote up to 30% of their time to mediation activities (workshops, public meetings, etc.). Candidates may be accompanied by a collaborator for a maximum period of 15 days.
