Call for films for the Format Court festival

Initially created to mark the 10th anniversary of the magazine of the same name, the Format Court festival, which specializes in short films, is back for its 7th edition.

The selection is open to short films, animation, documentaries and experimental films made after January 1, 2024, lasting no more than 30 minutes, excluding institutional and advertising films.

Please note that this year, school films are allowed to apply.

The competition will take place from Wednesday April 8 to Sunday April 12, 2026, at the Studio des Ursulines. 8 prizes will be awarded at the closing ceremony: the Grand Prix, the Screenplay Prize, the Image Prize, the Sound Design Prize, the Interpretation Prize, the Critics' Prize, the Student Jury Prize and the Audience Prize.

The call for films is open until Thursday, November 20.
