Call for entries for the 2024 edition of Epinal's fête des images

Organized by the Image'Est association and the City of Epinal, as part of the 2024 Fête des images , this video-mapping competition is open to both established and emerging artists.

The works produced must be adapted to the architecture of the façade of the Annexe du Conservatoire d'Ep inal, and respect the imposed theme: "Memento Mori" or "Souviens-toi que tu te meurs". The aim of this theme is to speak of the impermanence of things.

The winner will receive a prize of €500 and a place at the 2024-2025 workshop led by scenographer and video designer Marie-Jeanne Gauthé, on the theme of architectural projection, focusing on narrative and technique.

The projections will take place on May 23, 24 and 25, 2024.

To apply, the association requires a portfolio of graphic design references, a note of intent, a synopsis of what the show is about, and a mood board outlining the project's graphic direction.

Applications are open until December 10, 2023.
