Managing creative talent

This first panel of 2024 will focus on the theme of management in creative fields (animation, video games, design, UX design, creative development...). Our guests will address the following topics:

• Leading creative teams: management like any other?
• Recruiting, motivating and supportingtalent: what skills, what tools?
• What role do creative people play in today's organizations?

The event will be hosted by Arnaud Lacaze, Head of the Interactive Design - Web & Mobile department  with:

• Céline Durieux, graduate of the Licence Gestion de Production Audiovisuelle in 2014, Studio Manager at Fost;

• Adrien Larouzée, graduate of the Licence professionnelle Project Management in Communication and Graphic Industries in 2007, Head of digital project management at Arte;

• Renaud Lee-Tual, UX Design Certification graduate in 2018, Head of design at La Banque Postale.
